MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
TheatreSquared seeks a Marketing & Development Manager to join the organization’s team while working to develop a larger and more inclusive audience in its brand-new, state-of-the art, $31 million home. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Director of Development, this team member will support the theatre’s earned and contributed revenue initiatives by leading holistic campaigns and programs to earn and grow loyalty among new audiences and core patrons, resulting in increased ticket buying and giving.
By expanding the theatre’s audience with a commitment to inclusion and access—and as a positive, collaborative member of an inclusive workforce—this new staff member will help TheatreSquared to answer the question, “How can a theatre be an agent of social change—helping foster a community that is fundamentally more equitable?

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This permanent, full-time, exempt position includes an annual salary in the range of $45,000-55,000, commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include health; dental; paid time off; relocation assistance; paid parental leave; professional development allowance; employer-sponsored long-term and short-term disability; $100,000 in employer-sponsored term life insurance; and voluntary 401(k). Relocation assistance is also available.

ABOUT THEATRESQUARED & NORTHWEST ARKANSAS
Now in its 16th season, TheatreSquared’s challenging, heartfelt, and intimate productions reach 60,000 patrons each year, including more than 20,000 students and their teachers. T2 fills a crucial niche in the region’s cultural landscape as the only year-round, producing professional theatre within a 150-mile radius, operating on an annual budget of $6 million. TheatreSquared employs trained artists from across the country to create its 330 annual performances and is contracted with Actors' Equity Association. The theatre is also Arkansas’s home for professional playwrights, developing scripts through the Arkansas New Play Festival in Fayetteville and Bentonville and producing new works and world premieres each year.
